information for coaches

Please note: Owing to the construction work going on at the Baroque Cascades and the »Wilhelmshöhe« car park, there will be some disruption up to 2018. Wherever possible please use local public transport, and arrive with a little time to spare.

On water feature days, the  »Herkules« and »Schloss Wilhelmshöhe« public car parks are managed by the City of Kassel.

The parking fee for coaches/tour buses is 20 Euro.

Coach parking spaces are assigned by the staff of Protex, who are recognisable by their uniforms and high-visibility vests.

Toilets and information centres are available at both main car parks.

For mobility-impaired visitors there is the option of boarding our Bergpark shuttle bus at the car park, and disembarking at the Palace or the water features (fare 2 Euro per person and trip; Wed, Sun and public holidays, 10 am–5 pm). One of the buses is wheelchair-accessible. Buses run every 15–20 minutes.
